About the role
The HR Director serves as a consultant and provides HR leadership to Global Field Operations senior leaders on its talent agenda and HR/Labor related issues. The HR Director acts as employee champion and change agent to drive engagement and partners/collaborates with the HR COE functions to deliver value added service to the business unit. The HR Director is knowledgeable about the business financial position, its short- mid- & long-range plans, its culture and its competition and aligns HR strategies to meet business needs. What you'll bring

- 10-15 years human resources experience, including at least 5 at a management level or above Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- HR Certification (PHR
- Experience working in matrix environment
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including employee relations, training and development, recognition and rewards, compensation, performance management, collective bargaining.
- Previous leadership experience supporting multi-site remote field locations
- Ability to travel across the U.S. as needed
- Effectively develop and implement new strategies to address competitive, complex business issues
- Ability to develop strong trusting relationships – up, down and across the organization – in order to gain support and achieve results.
- Financial knowledge (business acumen), consulting skills, leadership skills, collaborative, multi-tasking, problem solving and analytical skills • Excellent client management skills and strong conflict management, interpersonal and negotiation skills
