About the role

is seeking a  Manager, Airside and Baggage Systems Planning – Airport to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of  Mississauga. The Manager, Airside and Baggage Systems Planning is responsible for strategic planning, forecasting, and optimization of airside systems and baggage handling systems (BHS) capacity across the airport. This role oversees capacity analysis, modelling, and long-term planning while providing leadership in simulation and ensuring alignment with operational needs, capital projects and future growth. What you'll bring

• BA/BS + 10 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership
• Demonstrated knowledge of airport systems and operations, including airfield operations (runways, taxiways, aprons), aircraft stand planning, capacity planning, operational performance, and facility/system management.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, time management, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence without authority and explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills and experience with simulation modeling tools (e.g., airfield or passenger flow modeling platforms).
• Applied understanding of aviation industry trends, forecasting methods, and socio-economic factors influencing air travel demand is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated experience in customer-focused or operational environments with strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Recognized post-secondary degree in Engineering, Planning, Aviation Management, or a related field
• a degree in Transportation or Airport Planning/Engineering is preferred.
• Typically, a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in airport systems planning, operations, aviation baggage handling systems, or business planning
• 10 years preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of direct people leadership experience with proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate high-performing teams
