About the role
Solventum is seeking a highly motivated leader for our innovative autonomous coding platform, which uses AI technology to automate accurate coding and reimbursement of health care claims and improve the quality of health care. Onboarding Requirement: To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy. Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Eight (8) years of clinical software experience.
- Eight (8) years of Medical Coding expertise in Outpatient Facility settings (Same Day Surgery, ED, Observation, Ancillary).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to support business decision-making.
- Coding Certification (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, COC).
- Experience using data analysis tools, including SQL, Power BI, and Amazon QuickSight, to query, analyze, and report on data.
- Experience applying statistical methods and techniques to analyze data and evaluate predictive models.
- Experience communicating technical and business information to diverse audiences through written, verbal, and presentation formats.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and incorporating user, customer, or stakeholder requirements into business or technical solutions.
- Experience with web analytics tools.
- Experience communicating clinical concepts and terminology to technical and non-technical audiences through written, verbal, and presentation formats.
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis or a related role.
- Familiarity with product management methodologies.
