About the role
Held is seeking a highly motivated expert for the Building Consulting Regional Lead position for the West Region, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and superior work product to clientele for our Property Damage Claims Group. You will be responsible for managing the work of the technical staff within the region as they work on clients and insured’s contacts, scheduling inspections, detailed take-off of property condition, estimating, analyzing and reporting for all size projects. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of mitigation and restoration, field construction, project management, roofing, or equivalent experience in the construction field. The candidate would have a strong desire to understand and learn the methodology for negotiating and settling files in a timely manner and to apply strong analysis and writing skills to expert reports.
