About the role

As a Regional Manager – Foundations , you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for foundation and civil construction operations across a defined geographic region . You will be responsible for P&L performance, project execution, team leadership, and client relationships , ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably. This role oversees multiple project teams and Project Managers while driving consistency, performance, and growth within the foundations business. This position is ideal for a proven leader with deep expertise in foundation construction methods, power delivery infrastructure, and field operations management .

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in construction, with a strong background in foundation, civil, or power delivery projects
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple project teams, regions, or business units
• Drilled shafts / piers
• Structural concrete and site civil work
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive operational excellence
• Experience with project management and scheduling tools (Primavera, HCSS, or similar)
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Willingness to travel extensively and support regional operations and project sites
