About the role

This role is crucial to the success of our clinical team and requires a professional who is not only a skilled clinician but also an effective manager and analyst. Performance and Data Analysis: You will analyze staff productivity and review key metrics to help improve efficiency. A core part of this role is running and correcting reports, such as identifying and resolving overlapping appointments.

What you'll bring

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a clinical leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reviewing and interpreting clinical and productivity data.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with fiscal management principles, including budgeting and financial analysis
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance
• Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse team
• Computer skills and experience working with electronic medical records
• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work
• Previous experience working with adolescents and families and be comfortable in both individual and group settings
• Previous experience working with adults in Mental Health field
• Preferred full licensure, active state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, etc.).
