About the role
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , in addition to providing support in residential programs, assists in delivering behavior analytics under the direction of an RBT supervisor.
What you'll bring
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with individuals
- however, minimum of high school degree and two years related experience in a care giving or educational environment
- hospital, school, day program, etc. may be substituted.
- Must have current Registered Behavior Technician certification.
- Valid Driver's License, good driving record and a willingness to use agency vehicles in the course of employment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills so that the writing of required documents is clear and articulate.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and minimum of one year of driving experience.
- Computer literacy includes the ability to proficiently use Microsoft products and web-based applications used by the agency.
- developmental disabilities and autism preferred.
- BA/AA degree preferred
