About the role
The Senior Financial Analyst will directly support our Games Studios, driving production & studio budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This is a key role in the development of, and measurement against, our financial targets for our most important game franchises. A successful candidate must be highly analytical and detail oriented, demonstrate expertise in developing and maintaining complex financial models, and provide succinct analyses to inform a wide range of business decisions
What you'll bring
- 2 - 4 years accounting or finance experience
- Experience using Excel
- Experience creating financial forecasts and modeling different scenarios
- Strong background of delivering accurate, high-quality work while maintaining strong working relationships
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; or equivalent experience
- Experience using databases and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Oracle, Workday, SQL)
- Passion for gaming
- Proficiency with Hyperion, SQL, JDE, Tableau, Snowflake
