• Years of Experience required in type of role: 4+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain in the automotive environment
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective negotiation experience specific to automotive Exterior commodity purchasing
• Analytical skills, ability to work independently, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Thorough knowledge of automotive, manufacturing or related industries
• A reputation for developing and nurturing excellent stakeholder and partner supplier relationships
• Experience managing supplier performance
• Program management experience
