Job Description • At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes • At least 7 years of experience as a Storage and Backup Administrator • Excellent working knowledge on EMC VNX, NetApp, Symantec NetBackup. • Expertise in Brocade and Cisco MDS fabric Switches. • Experience in using Storage and Backup infrastructure Management and Monitoring tools. • Knowledge in resolving Storage Incidents and performance related issues • Strong communication skills required (oral and written) • Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting) • Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path projects • project and talent management • Experience with project management • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
