About the role

We're hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician for our Ogden and Lindon, Utah operations. This is a full-time field role focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems across a variety of building types.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience, preferrably in a commercial HVAC service role.
• Hands-on experience with RTUs, VRV/VRF, VAV, split systems, chillers, boilers, and AHUs.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communicator with solid customer service instincts.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
• NATE certification or equivalent.
• Experience with digital service tools or mobile work order platforms.
• HVAC technical training or certification preferred.
