What you'll bring

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effectively utilize computer and appropriate software and interact as needed with company Information Systems.
• Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Public Administration or other related field.
• 5-7 years progressive human resources experience is required.
• Experience as an HR Generalist or proven experience in staffing
• HRIS implementation experience a plus.
• 2+ years of management experience preferred.
• PHR/SPHR certification highly desirable.
