About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Service Agreement Sales Representative to join our growing team at DMG . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving preventive maintenance and mechanical service agreement sales to both new and existing clients. In this role, you will build long-term customer relationships and expand our service portfolio across commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. You will partner with facility managers, building owners, hospitals, universities, research facilities, and pharmaceutical clients to deliver solutions that improve equipment reliability, energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and operational performance.
What you'll bring
- 3–5+ years of technical sales experience.
- Strong understanding of after-sales services, maintenance plans, and service contracts.
- Strong understanding of mechanical/HVAC systems and controls.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
