About the role
We are looking for an experienced Institutional Regional Marketing Lead to drive marketing strategy, portfolio performance, innovation execution, and commercial growth across the North region. As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will act as a strategic partner to the Regional Commercial Leader, translating business priorities into clear marketing plans and ensuring strong execution across countries. This is a highly collaborative role that combines strategic marketing, portfolio management, innovation, digital transformation, and commercial leadership to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
What you'll bring
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, finance, or related commercial functions
- Proven experience in a regional or multinational B2B environment
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience with portfolio management, pricing, margin management, and growth strategy
- Demonstrated leadership experience in developing and leading teams within a matrix organization
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business actions
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
- Fluent English
