About the role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to take the lead on multi-channel campaigns, content execution, and marketing automation. You’ll help us engage leads, support sales teams across South America, and keep the brand active across email, SMS, and social channels. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands CRMs like HubSpot, and enjoys finding creative ways to automate busywork and drive results.
What you'll bring
- 1–3 years of experience with a modern CRM
- Proven success managing multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, social)
- Strong familiarity with Zapier (or Make) automation
- Portfolio with at least two examples of design or video work
- Solid skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Fluent English
- Agency experience managing multiple brands
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
- Background in recruiting or sourcing
- Basic HTML/CSS for tweaking email templates
- HubSpot preferred
- Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
