About the role

IVX Health is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) – IG Therapy to lead the growth of our IVIG (Intravenous Immunoglobulin) and SCIG therapy business across targeted provider and payer markets. In this highly visible, therapy-focused role, you will play a critical part in expanding IVX Health’s presence in the IVIG space by developing new referral relationships, growing existing accounts, and executing strategic initiatives that improve patient access to care. Working closely with Business Development, Payer Access, Specialty Pharmacy, Clinical, and Operations teams, you will help ensure a seamless experience from referral through therapy delivery. As a Business Development Manager focused on IG Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, build lasting provider relationships, and contribute directly to the continued growth of an innovative healthcare organization.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or infusion services sales, including direct engagement with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, or clinical office staff.
• Experience developing new referral relationships and expanding existing provider accounts within an assigned territory.
• Working knowledge of healthcare referral processes, payer authorization requirements, and reimbursement considerations impacting specialty therapies.
• Experience managing territory activity, account engagement, and pipeline tracking using CRM systems or comparable tools.
• Direct experience selling IVIG or related specialty infusion therapies.
