About the role

Do you want to support business growth and provide solutions that meet the needs of Emsere’s project management team? As a full-time Regional Manager, Project Management, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of Project Managers and Project Assistants across the assigned region. This role is instrumental in creating a scalable regional management structure that enables sustainable business growth, strong employee engagement and consistent customer experience. This is a role that works collaboratively as part of both a local and global team in North America.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• We are looking for a results-oriented decision maker who enjoys leading in a fast-paced international environment and has a passion for project management.
• Experience in CRO/pharma industry
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good command of both English and Dutch.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Work experience within the CRO/pharma industry are a plus
