About the role

Summary:      Performs, process, and supports Production Operations in various areas of the Plant such as required but not limited to Press Room, Roll Stand Tasks, Hugo Beck Operation, Folder/Gluer, Die Cutter, and/or Material Handling. The role of this person is full commitment to excellence in OHSE and Quality.  The goal is to protect and promote the environment, health and safety of all employees and the community in which we operate.  This position also is committed to quality through each employee, our system and in our processes and products.

What you'll bring

• Must be very dependable in attendance and punctuality
• Must be able to perform all work or additional tasks as required or requested by Department Leads, Shift Leads, Operators or Management.
• High School diploma (or GED), one to three years related production experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have very good mechanical and physical ability.
• Lift truck operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of all company equipment.
• Must be able to hold, touch, feel and manipulate with hands product and equipment in a safe manner.
• Must be able to rotate shifts as required and be available to work more than 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary to meet customer product needs.
