This role supports the full event lifecycle by assisting with setup, delivering attentive service, and completing post-event breakdown. The Banquet Server ensures guests receive prompt, courteous service while maintaining event standards and presentation. This position operates in a fast-paced banquet environment requiring continuous movement, multitasking, and guest interaction. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors depending on event requirements, with exposure to noise, varying surfaces, and active service conditions. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience required
