About the role
Trane is hiring for a remote Equipment Solutions Manager for our Key Accounts Small Commercial team. In this role, you will lead a dynamic equipment solutions team responsible for the entire lifecycle of an equipment sale, from estimating to project closeout. You will be accountable for the strategy and performance achievement of specific budget objectives for our key national accounts.
What you'll bring
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the HVAC industry in project management or estimating roles; or an equivalent combination of five (5) years of education and work experience.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work outside normal work hours as required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
- Strong familiarity with HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls is preferred.
