About the role
The Business Analyst is responsible for configuring, testing and deploying changes to enterprise systems and applications across Intuit. Primary responsibilities include making configuration and call flow changes within the ININ system, testing these changes to ensure quality and providing support for the end user community. This position ensures systems, applications, processes and converted data have been tested according to the plans. Qualified candidates will view themselves as having an understanding of business and technical processes and communication skills, as well as an overwhelming desire for quality and attention to detail.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Knowledge of ININ, Avaya and other call centre applications
- Knowledge of customer contact processes and how they are supported by the technology
- Experience utilizing technology to complete business processes
- Advanced understanding of software testing theory and practices
- Basic understanding of business process principles, tools and techniques
- Basic understanding of systems development lifecycles
- Gets their tasks done.
- Produces high volumes of quality work.
- Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focuses as needed
