About the role

We are seeking a hands-on VDC Manager to lead MEP Revit modeling, BIM coordination, and team development across complex data center construction projects. This role will be responsible for producing and managing detailed Revit models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, driving clash detection and coordination efforts, and mentoring a team of BIM professionals. This is a hands-on Revit production role focused on mentoring and leading a team, building and modifying coordinated models, working across disciplines, and producing construction-ready documentation used by field teams.

What you'll bring

• 7+ years of BIM/Revit experience supporting MEP systems in construction or engineering environments
• Strong hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit and MEP BIM coordination
• Experience leading or mentoring BIM teams
• Experience with Navisworks and clash detection workflows
• Experience creating custom Revit families for MEP systems
