Real Estate Attorney Portland, Maine Drummond Woodsum seeks an attorney to join its real estate practice at its Portland, Maine office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a wide range of real estate matters, including commercial real estate and financing transactions, project development, title review, and closings. The role involves providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, due diligence review, and conducting closings. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and members of the Drummond Woodsum real estate team.   Maine bar admission is strongly preferred, with 2-5 years experience.
