About the role
Hatalom Corporation is seeking an Education Technician (Learning Support Systems Specialist) to support Marine Corps University (MCU) and Education Command (EDCOM). This position provides technical expertise and operational support for the College of Distance Education and Training (CDET) Learning Support System (LSS), supporting curriculum developers, instructors, and students while ensuring the effective delivery of online and blended learning programs.
What you'll bring
- Security Clearance: Secret (Tier 3)
- Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Support Systems in an educational or training environment.
- Experience creating multimedia instructional content and supporting online learning technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and multimedia development tools.
- Active Secret (Tier 3) Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense or higher education learning environments.
- Experience with Moodle, MarineNet, HTML5, SharePoint, or similar learning technologies.
- Experience with instructional media development, assessment tools, and data reporting.
