About the role
Do you like being the single person who actually knows where every license lives? You will be the central administrator for the PM MAGTF C2 commercial off-the-shelf software portfolio — fielded, laboratory, test, and training assets — working directly with the Product Support & Sustainment Team Lead. Get this right and the portfolio never loses a capability to an expired renewal. It is a role with clear ownership and immediate visibility, which is exactly how we like to start people on a growth program.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated history of delivering software license, asset, or procurement tracking — 4 years' relevant experience per the Staffing Matrix.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility.
- Advanced spreadsheet skill and genuine comfort owning a recurring reporting cycle.
- Experience with COTS license renewal cycles or IT asset management tooling.
- Familiarity with Government procurement workflows and purchase order tracking.
- Exposure to DoD sustainment or product support organizations.
- Detail-oriented to the point of mild obsession — this role rewards it.
