About the role

The Associate Chief of Staff is a high-impact, hands-on role supporting the Chief of Staff and CEO across strategic priorities, Executive Office operations, executive communications and essential administrative support. The position offers broad exposure to the Company and senior leadership while building experience across strategy, operations, Board activities, investor relations and corporate finance. The role will begin with a structured transition period before the Chief of Staff’s approximately three-month maternity leave. The Associate Chief of Staff will overlap with the Chief of Staff to build context, establish key relationships and complete a clear handoff, then assume expanded responsibility for continuity of Executive Office operations during the leave. This is a permanent position reporting to the Chief of Staff. Following the leave period, the role will continue as a strategic partner and source of leverage to the Chief of Staff. It is designed as a growth opportunity, with the potential over time to move into a broader role in Commercial, Business Development, Investor Relations or Finance, based on performance, interests and business needs.
