About the role
The annualized base salary range for this position is expected to be $175,000.00-$200,000.00. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives for which this position is eligible.
What you'll bring
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of prior legal recruiting experience in a n AmLaw 200 or larger law firm.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize competing demands, manage projects from inception to completion and meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior written, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Use of good judgment and discretion.
- Ability to work across multiple offices, travel as needed and work overtime, as needed.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) are required.
- Experience with Smartsheet and viRecruit is preferred.
