About the role
We are looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to help turn that ambition into a scalable global portfolio. You will own product discovery, commercial performance, roadmap execution and the full lifecycle of our core connectivity products. These currently include Dedicated Internet Access, Business Broadband, Fixed Wireless Access and Low Earth Orbit satellite connectivity. The purpose of the role is to evolve these capabilities into outcome-led offers that give customers: You will determine how the portfolio should evolve, how products should be defined and configured, and how they can be quoted, ordered, delivered, supported and billed consistently at global scale. A central part of the role is simplifying complexity. You will use customer, commercial, supplier and operational evidence to reduce unnecessary variation, increase standardisation and improve product economics. You will also apply data, automation and AI to improve how products are designed, priced and managed.
What you'll bring
- Experience owning a complex B2B product across its commercial, operational and technical lifecycle.
- Experience in telecommunications, managed connectivity, digital infrastructure or another multi-supplier service environment.
- Working knowledge of at least one relevant connectivity technology, such as DIA, Business Broadband, FWA or LEO.
- Practical experience of pricing, margin analysis and business-case development.
- Experience productising complex services so they can be quoted, ordered, delivered, supported and billed consistently.
- Evidence of using data to improve product performance, commercial decisions or operational processes.
- Experience owning non-standard customer-request governance and using demand patterns to inform product, proposition and commercial decisions.
- Practical understanding of how automation and AI can improve product development, decision-making or service operations.
- Ability to work with global stakeholders, with occasional international travel.
