About the role
SOS International LLC is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of mission‑critical operational support during public health emergencies and disasters. This position plays a primary role in rapidly mobilizing personnel, equipment, and logistics capabilities in support of federal response operations.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, public health, public administration, logistics, or related field.
- 7 years experience managing emergency‑response, logistics, or operational programs.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple agencies and stakeholders.
- Strong skills in program management, planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation.
- Knowledge of Incident Command System (ICS)/National Incident Management System (NIMS), and federal emergency‑response frameworks.
- May have to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret clearance (depending on customer).
- Master’s degree in emergency management, public health, public administration, logistics, or related field.
- 10 years experience managing emergency‑response, logistics, or operational programs.
- Experience supporting HHS, FEMA, DoW, DHS, or similar federal agencies.
- Experience leading teams in high‑tempo operational environments.
