What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with precision automation, x-y-z-theta stages, robotics, material handling, and optical systems.
- Proficient use of AutoCAD, Inventor, FEA packages and MS Project.
- Strong technical and scientific skills including DOE, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 6 Sigma, and application Pareto, 5Ys, 6Ms, and DMAIC.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, clever and innovative.
- Ability to work under pressure, good problem solving skills, self-motivated results oriented, with a sense of urgency and good follow through, ownership of assigned projects with good interpersonal skills.
- Has worked in a matrix environment alongside all engineering disciplines.
