About the role

We are looking for a Creative & Content Lead to join Saudi Bridge. This role will own the end-to-end creative and content function, from visual design to content writing to monthly content planning. This is a hands-on role for someone who can design , write , and think strategically about content , not just execute briefs. You will work closely with leadership to translate strategy, partnerships, and programs into clear, credible, and high-quality content.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, design, or creative roles
• Strong design skills (Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar)
• Strong writing skills in English and Arabic
• Proven ability to plan and manage content calendars
• Startups, scale-ups, or fast-moving organizations
• Strong sense of brand, structure, and visual storytelling
• Self-starter who can operate without heavy supervision
• Someone who cares about quality, clarity, and credibility
• Someone who can think, not just execute
• Someone who can balance creativity with structure
• Someone comfortable being the first creative hire and building the function
