We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support our data governance initiatives and help ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of business data. This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow in data management, analytics, and process improvement while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.

- Basic understanding of data governance principles, data quality, and metadata management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience with data cataloging or MDM tools.
- Exposure to business process modeling or workflow documentation.
