About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. The HRBP will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, serving as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful candidate will act as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. This position is open only for Saudi Nationals.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources / business administration, or a related field,
- CIPD / MBA will be an added advantage.
- 6-8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a HRBP role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
