About the role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the Manpower Outsourcing division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and grow existing client accounts. As the Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve individual and team sales targets while fostering a culture of performance and accountability.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong focus on manpower outsourcing or recruitment services.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing sales teams.
• Analytical skills to measure sales performance and identify improvement areas.
• Ability to build effective client relationships and understand their business needs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
