About the role

As a Business Architect, you will play a key role in aligning business objectives with technology solutions, ensuring that our organization's enterprise architecture supports its strategic goals.

What you'll bring

• · Elicit, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders across various business units.
• · Translate business requirements into clear and concise specifications for IT solutions and services.
• · Ensure alignment between business requirements and enterprise architecture principles and standards.
• · Map customer journeys to understand and improve customer interactions across various touchpoints.
• · Identify pain points, opportunities, and moments of truth in the customer journey to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric solutions and experiences.
• · Work closely with enterprise architects to ensure alignment between business architecture and IT architecture.
• · Define and maintain business architecture artifacts, including business capability maps, process models, and requirements documentation.
• · Participate in enterprise architecture governance processes to ensure compliance with architectural standards and frameworks.
• What should you have to fit in this role?
• · Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• · Enterprise Architect with 6-10 years of experience.
