About the role

This is a hands-on position where you will make a positive impact on Wondercide’s Amazon and marketplace channels, with emphasis on improving listing optimization and account hygiene. You will also support data analysis & reporting, identify new opportunities to drive sales growth, and execute strategies that maximize customer satisfaction on Amazon in a mission-driven and entrepreneurial environment.

What you'll bring

• You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Have 3+ years of experience working in digital marketing platforms/tools like Amazon, Helium10/Jungle Scout, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite
• A fast learner with strong communication skills - oral, written, and listening - interested in a career in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a “get it done” attitude, and some experience with data-driven decision making.
• A general understanding of Amazon and other shopping marketplaces with a passion for driving growth and innovation in DTC channels.
• A curious self-starter with strong project management skills and is extremely detail-oriented.
• A multi-tasker who can thrive in a fast-paced, highly seasonal business.
• A collaborative team player with a passion for our mission, “We exist to empower families to Protect their Pack.”
• Familiar with Amazon tools like Helium10, Feedback Five
• Familiar with Project Management platforms like ClickUp, Asana, Wrike, etc.
• Familiar with creative tools like Figma or Air
