• Must be able to communicate in English accurately and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to interact, at all times, in a professional and patient – centered manner with patients.
• Must be able to work cooperatively with internal staff to deliver safe, effective, and quality care to all patients.
• Must be able to plan, prioritize and complete assigned task with a high level of accuracy.
• Must be able to travel to other sites as necessary.
• Must be able to work under time constraints while maintaining accurate records within vaccination records, EHR and new employee training documentation.
• ·           Experience:    Three years (3) of employment with Clinic as a Medical Assistant or Five (5) years. experience as an MA.
• ·           Additional skills required:   Competent knowledge of EHR System, completion of all training for vaccination protocols, enhanced organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to precept new employees.
• ·         Excellent interpersonal skills and critical thinking.
• Certification(s)/Licensure:  Medical Assistance Certification, CPR and BLS required.
• High School diploma or GED and graduated from an accredited Medical Assistance Program
