About the role
Above and Beyond Therapy is looking for individuals who have experience working with children who believe they have what it takes to make a difference in the lives of families and children with autism. This position is for In-home or center based services and requires a candidate who wants to work with children. This will allow you to integrate into the environment and help the child develop the skills necessary to improve a variety of skills. These skills include, behavior management, toileting, feeding, compliance, and many other developmental and educational tasks.
What you'll bring
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
