About the role

Amoroso Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations across office and field employees. This role is responsible for assisting with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, and HR program administration while ensuring alignment with company policies and applicable employment laws.

• Knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience required
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Experience supporting both office and field employees strongly preferred
• or related field preferred
