About the role
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Workday Payroll Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and help shape the vision of Workday HCM Practice. You will be responsible for implementing Workday solutions, working directly with clients, and providing expertise in Workday functionality.
What you'll bring
- Minimum 3 years of Workday consulting experience across 3–5+ full lifecycle Phase 1 implementations.
- Proven expertise in Workday Absence and Time Tracking across multiple deployments.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance) to deliver 5+ integrated solutions.
- Workday certifications in Absence and Time Tracking demonstrating system expertise.
- Experience managing 3–5 concurrent client engagements in a consulting environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience solving complex business challenges across 5+ implementations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction in delivery.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Experience delivering end-to-end Workday implementations across multiple modules (3+).
- Advanced reporting expertise including calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics (15+ reports built).
- Workday certification(s) beyond required modules (e.g., HCM, Reporting, Scheduling, Payroll, etc.) demonstrating system expertise.
