About the role
We are looking for a Director, International Finance & Strategy to support our rapidly expanding businesses in the collectibles grading and marketplace space. You'll report to the VP of Finance & Strategy and work from our Santa Ana, CA headquarters, our Jersey City, NJ office or San Fransisco, CA. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.
What you'll bring
- At least 15 years of FP&A experience in a high-volume transaction or high-growth environment
- At least 5 years of FP&A leadership and business partnership experience — guiding critical decisions across day-to-day operations, investment opportunities, and long-term strategy
- Strong financial modeling and business case building skills
- comfortable with complex scenario analysis and valuation frameworks
- A proactive leader who demonstrates a high level of ownership, accountability, and operating discipline
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial issues at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective presentations and materials for executive and board-level audiences
- Experienced people manager with a track record of developing talent and managing team priorities under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to partner and influence across an organization and with key external stakeholders
- Outstanding Excel and data management skills
- strong understanding of financial systems and tools (e.g., Adaptive, NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
