About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Director, Tax & Treasury to lead the global tax and treasury functions for Collectors. This is a senior leadership role spanning domestic and international tax compliance, tax planning and strategy, transfer pricing, M&A tax structuring, joint venture tax considerations, and the full treasury function including cash management, debt and capital structure, foreign exchange, and banking relationships. You’ll report to the SVP, Financial Operations and work from our Santa Ana, CA corporate office headquarters.

What you'll bring

• 15+ years of progressive tax experience, with a strong foundation in both domestic and international tax
• at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing a tax function.
• CPA required
• Deep expertise in international tax, including transfer pricing, cross-border structuring, withholding taxes, permanent establishment, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• Proven track record leading tax due diligence, structuring, and integration for M&A transactions
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 740 (income tax provision), including deferred taxes, uncertain tax positions, and valuation allowances.
• Experience building or leading a treasury function, including cash management, FX risk management, banking relationships, and debt/credit facility management
• candidates with combined tax and treasury leadership experience will be prioritized.
• Working knowledge of transfer pricing documentation requirements under OECD guidelines and U.S. regulations (Section 482)
• experience managing transfer pricing studies and audits.
• comfort with Board and investor reporting on tax and treasury matters.
