Solar Installers (Level 1 & Level 2) Valencia, CA (Job Site Based) Residential Solar | New Home Construction | Full-Time MARS Builder Solutions (Solara) is hiring Solar Installers to support new home construction projects in the Valencia, CA area: • 2 Installer II (Intermediate) • 1 Installer I (Entry-Level) What You’ll Do • Install residential solar systems on new construction homes • Work as part of a crew to complete installs safely, efficiently, and to quality standards • Follow installation plans and coordinate with other trades on active job sites • Maintain a strong focus on safety, including proper use of PPE and adherence to all protocols • Support job site setup, material handling, and installation activities What We’re Looking For Installer I (Entry-Level) • Construction or roofing experience preferred • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn • Ability to follow direction and work safely as part of a crew Installer II (Intermediate) • Hands-on solar installation experience required • Ability to perform installs with quality and minimal oversight • Strong attention to detail, including clean installs and proper waterproofing • Ability to communicate effectively with crew leadership and other trades Role Details • Reports directly to the job site in Valencia, CA (no daily office reporting) • Work performed on active new construction sites alongside builders and other trades • Travel may be required depending on project needs • Must be able to reliably work in the Valencia area Physical Requirements • Ability to work on rooftops and climb ladders safely • Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 50–75 lbs) • Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying conditions • Ability to correctly use tools and required safety equipment, including fall protection What We Offer • Medical, Dental, Vision • 401(k) with company match • Company-paid life insurance • PTO, Sick Time, and Paid Holidays • Opportunities for advancement (Installer I → II → III → Foreman) Why Join MARS Builder Solutions We operate in active construction environments where safety, quality, and coordination matter.
