About the role

This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing existing customer accounts, developing new business, and owning the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through order entry. The Inside Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, delivering responsive, solutions-oriented service that reflects Cicoil's commitment to quality and fast turnaround. This role manages the quotation process from initial customer request through confirmed order entry in Epicor, our ERP system, coordinating with internal teams including Engineering, Production Control, and Customer Service to ensure accurate and competitive quotes are delivered on time. Success in this role looks like consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, maintaining high customer retention, managing a well-developed sales pipeline, and ensuring accurate, error-free order entry.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of inside sales or customer-facing sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with an ERP system required
• Working knowledge of sales processes including prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and confidently present solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in data entry and order management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage a high-volume account base and sales pipeline.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
