We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, evolution, and growth of our subscription plans and tiering ecosystem, as well as new monetization opportunities. You’ll help drive the vision and roadmap for plans, packaging, and pricing-adjacent experiences, helping ensure we deliver the right products and features to customers. This role sits at the intersection of consumer behavior, growth strategy, monetization, and product experience. Plans and tiering are central to how customers experience value and how the business grows sustainably. This role will shape how millions of customers experience our products over time.
What you'll bring
- 10 + years of product management experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products
- Strong experience in subscriptions, monetization, growth, pricing & packaging, membership programs, or marketplace ecosystems
- Proven track record driving measurable business outcomes such as subscriber growth, conversion, retention, engagement, or revenue expansion
- Deep understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle optimization
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform product strategy and prioritization
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing
- Ability to simplify complex problems and align teams around a clear product vision
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
- Customer-obsessed mindset with strong product intuition and attention to user experience details
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, business, media or a related field.
