We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Studio Sales team. In this role, you will support the successful theatrical release of Disney titles in Korea by working across all aspects of theatrical distribution, including release planning, exhibitor partnerships, box office analysis, and in-theater marketing support. This is an exciting opportunity to build expertise in the theatrical business, collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, and contribute to the commercial success of one of the world’s leading entertainment companies.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 2+ years of experience in theatrical distribution, exhibition, film marketing, or related entertainment industries.
  • Practical understanding of theatrical distribution operations, release processes, and exhibitor relationships.
  • Fluency in Korean and business-level proficiency in English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with numbers and box office data.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong interest in theatrical distribution and the entertainment industry.
