About the role
As Maintenance Technician II, you will handle work orders independently, assist with preventative maintenance, and support day-to-day upkeep across the community. This role requires HVAC certification and a working knowledge of routine repairs. Maintenance Technicians work Monday through Friday, with standard office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role will require participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and occasional support for resident events, as needed.
