About the role

The Senior Analyst, Business Analytics supports merchandising and product strategy through data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. It delivers assortment performance insights, manages reporting for internal teams and design partners, and supports assortment optimization and data accuracy. The position partners closely with Product, Sales, Planning, and Design teams to align on business objectives and drive informed decision-making.

What you'll bring

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree from a school accredited by the U.S. Department of Education with specialization in economics, business, finance, or a related field.
• This position requires a minimum of seven (7) years or more of full-time experience in Analytics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a consumable manner.
• Proficient in Power BI and working with coding languages such as SQL or VBA.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver results.
• Experience improving/automating processes.
• Strong data visualization skills.
• Experience working with/analyzing large amounts of data.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, promoting positive work relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Capacity to utilize effective time management skills and be able to work under the stress of multiple deadlines, requests from other departments, and interruptions with accuracy.
• Capacity to be self-motivated and achieve goals with minimal supervision or direction.
