Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc., a leading provider of services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, is committed to fostering independence, inclusion, and personal growth for our participants. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient HR processes, maintaining compliance, and delivering a positive experience for both employees and candidates. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless HR function while helping to foster independence and inclusion in the community.
What you'll bring
- Minimum of 1–2 years of administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- HR experience is a plus
