About the role
The candidate must have experience in conducting in vitro ADME assays and familiarity with quantitative bioanalysis to support development of novel small molecule therapeutics as detailed below: Primary responsibilities will include hands-on laboratory work including managing/coordinating daily lab activities, conducting in vitro ADME assays, cell culture, developing bioanalytical LC-MS/MS methods for the quantitative analysis of small molecules, quantitating drug concentrations in various biological matrices, data integration and report writing. The candidate will work closely with senior scientists within the group to support discovery project teams which may include data presentation in team meetings, monitoring DMPK CROs, design in vivo DMPK studies, data management and presentation.
What you'll bring
- MS degree with 1-3+/3-5+ years of experience in DMPK and/or bioanalytical chemistry or related field
- Hands on knowledge of in vitro DMPK assays
- Experience with cell culture
- Experience in developing LC-MS/MS methods
- Good organizational, record keeping, presentation and communication skills
- Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask
- Enthusiastic and motivated team player with a can-do attitude
- Knowledge of in vivo pharmacokinetic analysis are a plus
